I think this might be the only collaborative HDI (so far). I spotted the top of this Buddha bamboo cane and liked it. The problem was that I spotted it from inside the house, and there was a large, heavy window screen (hinged at the top) in the way. It's true that in the old days (the really old days) I sometimes shot portraits through window screening because it gave a nice, soft look to the image. I did make one through the screen today, but didn't like it.

So I attached the remote (in the old days we called it a "cable release," but this one is all-electronic), gave it to Ruth, and pushed the screen out and up with a long stick. She fired the shutter.
