It was stormy all night. Hard rain, thunder, lightning strikes.

Still raining on and off in the morning, but quality of the light was interesting, particularly as it struck the largest betel palm (the "Mesiamo" palm, named for the great Nagovisi man in whose honor I planted it some years ago). The trunk has never looked reddish to me before, but there it was.
