I don't think I've shot a white hibiscus bud so early in its development. I was attracted to that little tiny bit of pink at the tip. There are actually 3 more buds at even earlier stages showing here.

I realized that I was making yet another of those "flower tucked in the corner with dark background" image that I seem incapable of resisting. So I moved the camera slightly to get a natural "frame" at the top and side, with a little bit of green at the top.
