Here's the Buddha bamboo cane that got away. I try to keep the clump pruned, because it's a thick and tall bamboo and it's close to the house. But somehow I missed this cane. I'll get a ladder and cut it, or maybe I'll cut it at ground level.
Some viewers may not know about bamboo -- it's a grass, and doesn't much care what you do to it. You can cut a clump down to the ground and it quickly grows back up again. This is both blessing and curse, as you can imagine.
