When I went out to see what was available, the rising sun was back-lighting the black ti leaf very strongly. By the time I got back outside with the camera (no more than 2 or 3 minutes), the sun had gone behind some clouds. Even so, the color and contrast were still good but not spectacular. Carpe lux!
