I was out on the new lanai shooting down into the Buddha bamboo, where the colors were very nice.
Then a cardinal landed in one of the clove trees and I couldn't resist the different reds. Plus, I don't think that I've ever featured a bird in the HDI, except as something that just happened to be in the frame (or the stuffed chukar, yes).
So, cardinal and clove leaves.
