I've given you our red, green, and black coffee beans on coffee trees. The beans eventually fall off and decompose. Not long ago, we had a Kona coffee farming family at the house and the suggestion that we not waste the beans was gracefully made. Message received! So we're going to start picking, drying, and home-roasting our own coffee. With only two trees it's going to take a while to get enough for a pot of coffee, but it's going to happen.
Here are pulped beans in an aluminum tray ready to dry. Actually they are already partly dry, or they'd be glistening.
I don't think I've ever pumped the "Highlights" control up to 100%, but I did so here. It didn't change the way the beans looked, but it pumped up the light on the tray's ridges.
