Some sun again. As I headed out, I saw a white hibiscus in a blossoming state I hadn't seen before -- with some of the tendrils still curled inside the tightly-rolled petals. So I decided to get that new view of the old white hibiscus.

But while setting up I noticed a bit of yellow seemingly suspended in the air. It was pollen on a spider web. So of course I had to grab that.

One reason is that I immediately thought of an image from the first Daily Image operation, back in Colden (it ran 500 days and finished up in Hilo), where I captured a couple of snowflakes caught by a spider web.

This image is much-enlarged, because even my plant clamp couldn't keep something that small from moving in and out of focus. So I stayed back and depended on the faithful 36 mp sensor to do its job, which it did.
