We got some sun, but with it came wind, and what looked like rain blowing in from Puna side.

 

Only the anthuriums weren't thrashing around. I fooled around for a while, and got some useful shots, but then I saw this furled-up white one peeking out from below another one, with a stem and leaf in the background. I had to stop way down (f/25) to get what I wanted.

 

Of course now that I'm back inside, images all processed, and working on the site -- the sun's really out and the wind has died down. Oh well. I was (reasonably) afraid of rain.
