Here's the 'ulu (breadfruit) that we've seen many times.
I continue to be mystified by its growth. It's fully (even overly) leafed out, the trunk is getting thick, but it refuses to put on height. I doubt that it's grown a foot in the last year.
Well. So long as it's happy. Maybe there's such a thing as a dwarf breadfruit, and we bought it unknowingly. It wouldn't be the first time. One of my betel palms (Areca catechu) turned out to be a dwarf -- it's putting out sprays of nuts and it's no more than 8' tall.
