Anthurium.

 

I liked the purple and the way the leaf's been eaten away by insects. I was headed out to the makai border, having seen some betel palm fronds that had fallen and heaped themselves up in what I thought might be an interesting way.

 

Along the path I saw this, and shot it on my way out. The fronds were uninteresting.
