Spectacular Hilo sunrise.

 

I used the 300, and even cropped it. There's a certain sameness to sunrise/sunset shots that I can admire, but don't often want to imitate. I'm talking about the wide angle shot, with some foreground, a horizon, and so on. Those can be very cool and I've certainly made them -- even this month.
