It rained overnight. This is a Dypsis frond (from the back corner Dypsis, of course) with Surinam cherry blossoms in it. How they got there and how they stayed there during the rain is mysterious to me. Maybe I'll go back out later today and see whether I can understand how it happened. The Surinam cherries are a good 20' away.
