I didn't have to get on the road super-early this Sunday, so I waited for some light.
I stopped by the anthurium bed after I tried some shots of the little new 'ohi'a leaves. There wasn't enough light to make that work. The rose pikake has a new blossom forming, but I'll get that later in the week.
It seems always possible to make something work in that anthurium bed. There's a lot of shadow to work with, and, more importantly, it's easy to avoid shooting them straight-on. They have wonderful shapes in side or oblique views.
