I was standing on the porch looking down at the black pine and wondering if the new needles had grown much out of their sheaths. The last time I looked, they hadn't.
But then I saw the sun catching the clove trees in the wind. Because I haven't done a wind-blown image for a while (my Hurricane Iselle one is a favorite) I went down into the Zen garden and set up for this one.
Afterwards, I looked at the pine needles and they're coming along nicely. Maybe tomorrow.
