Strong Stephanotis stems. We planted the Stephanotis floribunda in 2008 or 2009, and it climbed up the fence you can see and has been only making blossoms at the top. As in a good 15 or 20 feet from the ground. Stephanotis supposedly has a wonderful fragrance. Maybe some day the wind will be just right.
